*There is a 15% discount to each registration ticket that is part of a group of 4 or more. Contact us for a group authorization code.

  • Registration will CLOSE on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm EDT.

  • We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards for online registration payment. If you need an invoice for yourself or your organization to pay via check, please email info@traffickingconference.com.

  • Refunds for conference registration CANNOT be processed after September 15, 2026. Please email info@traffickingconference.com by September 15 @ 11:59 pm EDT if you need a refund.

  • We are not responsible for any internet connection issues attendees may have while accessing the virtual conference. It is the attendees’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate internet connection. We will not provide refunds for internet connection/tech-related issues during the virtual conference.

  • Accommodations: We are committed to accessibility for our conference. Each attendee can submit a request for accommodations by emailing us at info@traffickingconference.com. Someone from our team will confirm your request within 5 business days of your submission. All requests must be received by Friday, August 28, 2026 to ensure we can secure vendors. We will do everything we can to meet every request, but there may be rare cases where we are unable to do so. In the event this happens, we will communicate that to the attendee and offer a full refund.

Those who can attend the conference for FREE include:

If you qualify for free attendance, please contact us for the authorization code!

If you live in a developing country and work directly with victims and survivors of human trafficking, please reach out for information about scholarships.

Continuing Education Credits (CEs)

At the IHTSJ Conference, you can earn up to 4 Continuing Education (CE) credits per day at our three-day conference, for a total of 12 CEs.

CEs are currently pending for Social Workers through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB).

The IHTSJ Conference also provides CEs for Peer Supporters in the State of Ohio and for Certified Public Health Professionals through the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Certificates of Attendance are available for any attendee who may need a certificate for their personal records, employer, professor, etc.

Please note: If you are a professional that needs CEs for a licensure that is not provided by the IHTSJ Conference, please check with your profession’s board as they may accept these approved CEs.
