If you are only attending 1 or 2 days, when you are completing your online registration, it will ask you to select which day(s) you will be attending. If you registered for 1 day of the conference and, for example, your schedule changes and you can now attend Thursday instead of Wednesday as was noted in registration, that is fine. Please email info@traffickingconference.com notifying us of this change.

  • Can I get a refund for registration?

    • Yes, we can offer full refunds for registration. Refunds for conference registration must be submitted via email to info@traffickingconference.com at least one week before the conference. We cannot provide refunds after this time.

    • We will not provide refunds for any technology-related issues during the virtual conference.

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can no longer attend the conference?

    • Yes, you can transfer your registration to someone else. However, you must email us at info@traffickingconference.com notifying us of this transfer at least one week before the conference. We cannot issue a registration transfer after this time. The transferred registration must be for the same type of registration. For example, you can transfer a two-day general attendee registration ticket to someone else who will be attending two days as a general attendee. You CANNOT transfer a two-day college student registration ticket to someone who would be a general attendee.

Continuing Education (CEs):

  • What type of CEs does your conference offer?

    • CEs are currently pending for Social Workers through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) and for Peer Supporters through the State of Ohio.

  • How many CEs can I get?

    • If you are attending all 3 days of the conference, you can receive up to 12 CEs. If you are attending 2 days of the conference, you can receive up to 8 CEs. If you are attending 1 day of the conference, you can receive up to 4 CEs.

  • If I don’t need CEs, do you provide a certificate for attending the conference?

    • Yes, we provide a Certificate of Attendance noting the total number of hours you attended during the conference for any attendee who may need a certificate for their personal records, employer, professor, etc. When you are setting up your attendee profile on the Conference Web App, there will be a space where you can check mark that you would like a Certificate of Attendance.
