Kathy Chen

Graduated from Denison University, joined AACS in 2013; has lead and developed culturally specific trauma-informed care for victim services to better address issues which are lacking in the current criminal, social and legal services when working with domestic violence, sexual assaulted, elder abused and human trafficked victims.
