Pat Stephens

Pat Stephens is the Director of Provider Supports Department at the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She has a Master’s in Education, eight years’ experience in the Mental Health and 19 in the DD field. She is a member of the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition and PATH program.
