Amy LaGesse is the Regional Grant Coordinator for the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition. Amy works with Local Outreach Partners under the Rescue and Restore Grant to identify and refer foreign born victims of human trafficking to appropriate services. Amy has her Masters in Sociology from the University of Toledo.
