Bobbi Finn-Will is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Toledo Criminal Justice Department. She has served as Director of Oregon Probation and as a Probation Officer for Toledo, Ohio.  She is a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Board member and serves on the Lucas County Domestic Violence Task Force Municipal Court Committee.
